1- What the paintint is conveying is the look of being tired and worn out. 2-Im pretty sure they used oil paint 3- The color can sometimes portray emotion, or maybe shadow an light. They do indeed help out with the mood of the paninting 4- To be wuite honest, I have no clue, so- no.

Question 1 Step 1) Use the Marquee tool to select one part of the image and then use Ctrl/Cmd + J to copy it into its own layer. Step 2)   Click the Layers palette's "Add a layer style" icon and select Inner Glow. Set the blending mode to Multiply and increase the size and reduce the opacity. Step 3)  To give the new layer a different angle, Ctrl/Cmd + click the layer in the Layers palette to select its non-transparent pixels. Choose Edit > Free Transform and stretch the layer by dragging any of the bounding box handles. Alternatively, rotate it by moving the cursor just outside the corner and dragging when the cursor changes into a curved, two-sided arrow. Step 4)  To skew the layer, hold down the Ctrl/Cmd key and drag a corner when the cursor changes to a solid arrow. 1) My perspective changed by what exactly was going on. 2)I don't exactly know what to put other than I see a girl wearing make up and She may be laying down, considering the way her hair looks. I see the guys working on the image though. 3) I dunno, they made i to wear the skin looks bumpy, but the eyes are smooth, makes you thinks its a real girl up close. 4)I think its Urban. It seems to be in a city or something like that, to make sure people see it perhaps? 5)She seems to be starring off into space?

1) Looking close enough I believe this is supposed to be an artistic image and a documentary image. The guy looks as though he may be using a thread of her hair to limb up her face, to look to her and try to figure out what she may be hide underneath all the makeup. But she doesn't want to look to him for help.
